the "why" - a few months ago, I saw the hashtag #1goodmoneything trend periodically. It inspired a group chat with a few friends to not just share a good money thing, but a good thing - self care, personal growth, whatever. It made me appreciate celebrating the small achievements and the wins of "continuous improvement." So, in that spirit, I'm going to share a few #goodthings each Wednesday, and I hope you do too!
#1goodmoneything: I resisted buying baby UIO impulse Easter gifts. He's pretty happy chewing on his toes, so I don't think he'll mind that I didn't purchase these - actually, I know he won't mind it. This is my big effort to #breakthetwitch and take a step back from the "need" to purchase.
#1goodselfcarething: I was able to work from home for three days in a row and save a significant amount of commuting time!
#1goodmindfulnessthing: I was so impressed by this article from the @Fioneers on How to Overcome Severe Anxiety and it it reinforced my commitment to mental health and weekly meetings with my therapist.
